It was reported that a Voluntary Dismissal had been taken as to ICANN as we accomplished a failure to approve the Settlement Agreement between ICANN and Verisign at the Vancouver ICANN meeting. The Board voted unanimously to take a Voluntary Dismissal as to Verisign now that the pass through charge has been eliminated and the �cap� can only be raised a certain number of times over the course of the contract rather than annually."
